Man found dead
Police recovered the body of an unidentified man at Jhurijhara village in Tala upazila on on on Friday morning. The deceased, aged around 30, was wearing jeans pants and a black jacket. Rabiul Islam, officer in-charge of Tala Police Station, said locals found his body in a ditch at the village at about 7:30am and informed them. Later, police recovered the body that bore several injury marks at about 8:00am and sent it to the hospital morgue for autopsy. The reason behind the killing could not be known immediately. Police also recovered a machete from the spot.
