Rivals cut off tendons of BCL activist
A BCL activist was severely injured as his tendons and fingers were cut off by the activists of rival factions during a clash at Betbaria village under Narail municipality on Monday evening.
Injured Masud Mollah, 19, son of Phul Mia of the village was admitted to Narail Sadar Hospital in critical condition.
BCL sources said, the clash ensued at around 5:00 pm between Mussabar and Masud groups following an altercation over a trivial matter.
During the clash, both the groups, equipped with sharp weapon and sticks, locked in a clash. One group cut off Masud's three fingers of right hand and tendons of two legs.
