Injured woman dies
A woman who was injured in a clash between the residents of two villages in Chhatak upazila of Sunamganj district on Monday died at a hospital in Sylhet city early yesterday. The deceased was identified as Sadeka Begum, 30, wife of Ali Hossain of Shewtarchar village in the upazila. Locals said at least 30 people, including Sadeka, were injured in the clash that broke out between the residents of Shewtarchar and Tetiarchar villages over catching fish on Monday morning. Sadeka succumbed to her injuries yesterday.
