Stalker jailed
A mobile yesterday sentenced a man to six months' imprisonment on charge of stalking a madrasa student in Baniachang upazila of Habiganj district. Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) of Baniachang Debjit Sinha, also the executive magistrate, passed the order in the afternoon. The arrestee is Afzal Hossain of Bonder Bari area. Police arrested Afzal yesterday and produced him before the magistrate. After a hearing, the magistrate penalised the man.
