Missing schoolgirls rescued in capital

Two schoolgirls, who went missing from their respective schools in the city on Sunday, were rescued in the capital city on Monday. They were a Class V student of Osmani Medical School hailing from Jhalopara in Dakkhin Surma and a Class VI student of Osmani Adarsha High School from Bhatalia in Sylhet city. Sub-inspector Khasrul Alam Badal of Kotwali police station said, acting on secret information, a police team of their police station with the help of Sutrapur police station in capital city Dhaka conducted a drive at a house at Companyganj Lane in the early hour of Monday and rescued the victims. The two schoolgirls went missing between 1:30pm and 2 pm on Sunday. But how they went missing could not be known immediately.
