Man crushed under train
A man was killed while a train ran over him in AK Khan Gate area under Khulshi Police Station in the port city early yesterday.
The deceased was identified as Milan Chandra Mohantha, 45, son of Late Manindra Chandra Mohantha, of Gopinathpur village in Akkelpur upazila of Jaipurhat, said police.
Government Railway Police said a Chittagong-bound train Karnaphuli Express from Dhaka ran over Milan while he was crossing the railway track.
