Sylhet BNP barred from holding rally

Sylhet Metropolitan Police (SMP) yesterday barred BNP men from holding a rally in Sylhet city yesterday. Contacted, Abdul Quaiyum Jalali, general secretary of Sylhet city BNP, said SMP handed over a letter around 3:00pm imposing restrictions in holding any kind of party rally from 2:00pm to 12:00 midnight.
