3 new BSS governing board members
The government has appointed three new members of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) Governing Board to further improve overall management and administrative activities of the national news agency.
They are BSS City Editor Ajit Kumar Sarkar, Dainik Bhorer Kagoj Editor Shyamol Dutta and Chittagong-based Dainik Azadi Editor MA Malek.
With the appointment of three new members, the 11-member BSS board has become a full-fledged body.
The information ministry made the appointments on March 20 through a notification.
