The gap between the AL Chittagong city unit's two factions, one led by Mohiuddin and another led by Afasarul and Nurul Islam BSc, started to diminish recently following an initiative by the party's high command. Mohiuddin, at the meeting, also criticised hanging up of posters and banners printed with large size photographs of local leaders while the photograph of the party chief is printed in small size in the same posters.
