Muggers shoot boy in city
Muggers shot a teenage boy and snatched his valuables at Begum Rokeya Sarani in the city yesterday.
Mehedi Hasan Tuhin, a resident of Shewrapara and works at a workshop, was admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital with bullet wounds.
His elder brother said while Tuhin was returning home on a rickshaw, two muggers, riding on a motorcycle, shot him on his right thigh near Taltala bus stoppage at 6:00pm and took away his shopping bag and mobile phone set.
