Basanta Utsab on Feb 13
Basanta Utsab (spring festival) will be celebrated on Pahela Falgoon, the first day of Bangla season Basanta, with a colourful programme at the Fine Arts Faculty of Dhaka University on February 13.
The programme, organised by the Jatiya Basanta Utsab Udjapan Parishad, will begin at 7:00am at Bakultala of the faculty with the tune of Behala.
A discussion titled "Basanta Kathan" will be held where cultural personality Ali Zaker, Shafiuddin Ahammed and Kazi Arif will be present, said a press release.
A chorus music will be rendered by some singers of Chhayanaut.
