Australia-Bangladesh diplomatic ties celebrated
Australian High Commission in Dhaka hosted a reception in the city on Tuesday to mark Australia Day and the 40th anniversary of Australia-Bangladesh diplomatic relations, says a press release.
Speaking at the reception, Foreign Minister Dipu Moni, who attended the reception as chief guest, lauded Australia's support to Bangladesh, including through AusAID's development cooperation programmes.
Australian High Commissioner Dr Justin Lee also spoke.
