American corner in Ctg opens
The US Ambassador to Bangladesh Dan Mozena yesterday inaugurated the American Corner with expanded space and facilities at Independent University Bangladesh, Chittagong.
During the ceremony, the US envoy said, “Our friends here in Chittagong complained that our American Corner here was just too small and could not meet their needs. “We now have an expanded space of over 2,000 square feet.”
He said the corner now has internet access, a Children's Corner and Education USA Corner.
He hoped that students would find this invaluable as a resource as they continue their studies and as they explore options for continuing their studies in America.
