Re-evaluate master's exam results

The postgraduate students of anthropology department of Dhaka University, who obtained second class in their master's examinations, yesterday termed the results "partial and pre-planned" and demanded re-evaluation of the results. At a press conference at Dhaka University Journalists' Association (Duja) office, organised by 20 of them, they also threatened to stage demonstration if their demands are not met. The results for 2009-2010 academic session's postgraduate exams published on Saturday showed a total of 26 students out of 52 secured first class in the examinations. Some 25 obtained second class and one got third class.
