Sued for fake FF certificates
A case was filed against a man and his son on Monday night on charge of submitting false freedom fighter certificate. Anisur Rahman, sub-inspector of Thakurgaon police station, filed the case. Police said Md Manik, son of Abdul Aziz of Daulatpur village in Sadar upazila, got the job of police constable last year by submitting fake freedom fighter certificate of his father. Manik also participated in police training but later resigned from the job sensing investigation into the matter.
