Schoolteacher found dead
A schoolteacher was strangled early yesterday. Police recovered the body of Md Abdul Mojid, 45, assistant teacher of Bharotpur High School in Atghoria upazila near Tebunia agriculture firm at about 9:00 am. Sub Inspector Md Badruddoza of Pabna police station said locals found the body and informed police. Quoting the family members, the SI said Mojid was also a travel agent. He came out of his residence with a new motorbike on Monday afternoon but he did not return home. The matter is under investigation, the SI said.
