4 more police stations in Sylhet from today

Four new police stations under Sylhet metropolitan police (SMP) areas would start functioning today. Home minister Shahara Khatun and finance minister AMA Muhith are scheduled to formally inaugurate those at a function in the city's SMP police line this afternoon. The new police stations are Jalalabad, Shahporan, Airport and Moglabazar. The Shahporan PS is being started at a house, built by a housing company while the 3 others would work at rented buildings.
