Two traders murdered
Two traders have been murdered in Mymensingh and Magura.
A trader was stabbed to death at Kaknikona in Tarakanda upazila of Mymensingh early yesterday, reports UNB.
Police recovered the blood stained body of Motaleb Hossain,35, a trader of Kashiganj bazaar, from a cropland at about 10 am.
Police said Motaleb was stabbed to death by some assailants when he was returning home from the local bazaar.
In Magura, police on Friday recovered the body of a trader from a roadside ditch at Khator village in Salikha upazila.
Police said locals found the body of trader Pannu Mia, 30, of the village in the ditch early in the morning and informed police who recovered the body that bore several stab injury marks.
Dipu Rahman, brother of the victim said, there was a conflict between Panna and Abdul Halim of nearby Chhotokhali village over money transaction.
