Tiger kills fisherman
A fisherman was killed by a tiger at Chatia Nangla in the Sundarbans under Dakop upazila on Saturday noon. Victim M Hasanul Gazi, 25, was son of Lutfor Gazi of Paikgachha upazila. Forest officials said the tiger attacked Hasanul when he was catching fish and then dragged him into deep forest. Later, forest officials and fellow fishermen recovered the body and handed it over to the family members.
