Drug peddler jailed
A mobile court here on Friday convicted a woman drug peddler and sentenced her to six months jail for possessing hemp.
The convict was identified as Morzina Begum, wife of Abdul Khalek, hailed from Jamalpur village in Doulatpur upazila.
Police said they arrested Morzina with 500 grams of hemp from Mothurapur area.
