Youth jailed for sexually harassing schoolgirl
A mobile court here on Sunday convicted a youth and sentenced him to six month imprisonment for sexually harassing a female student in Baliakandi upazila.
Local sources said Ujjal, 26, son of Sukumar Devnath of Shyam Sundar village, took shelter under the umbrella of a female student in the name of protecting himself from rain.
The class ten female student of Baharpur Arkandi High School was going to her private tutor in the morning.
The youth then made an indecorous behaviour with the girl, who raised a hue and cry.
Locals came forward and caught the youth and handed him over to a mobile court.
