Bombs found near Hili port
Eight cocktails and petrol bombs were recovered from the rooftop of a building in Hili land port area under Hakimpur upazila yesterday. However, nobody was arrested in this connection. Sources said a BGB team of Joypurhat-3 battalion, acting on a tip-off, raided the building of Khurshidul Islam at Charmatha intersection. Helal Uddin, officer in-charge of Hakimpur police station said that criminals kept the explosives on the rooftop of the building to carry out subversive activities in the port area.
