Food poison: 7 of a family fall sick
Seven members of a family fell sick due to food poisoning at Hasanpur village in Keshobpur upazila of the district on Saturday night.
They are Ashrafuzzaman, 35, his mother Sujan Begum, 70, wife Ambia Begum, 30, son Mehedi Hassan, 10, daughter Sumaiya, 6, father-in-law Sheikh Anwar Hossain, 65, and domestic help Puti, 55.
Locals said the victims fell sick after taking meal at their house at around 11:00pm.
Neighbours rushed them to Keshabpur Upazila Health Complex on Saturday morning.
