Dell to launch CoE
Dell on Wednesday announced launching of its first state of art showroom -Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bangladesh in collaboration with Express Systems Ltd (ESL).
Mir Saadat Ali, country manager of Dell, Andy Sim, regional enterprise director of Dell South Asia ASG Group and Abdul Fattah, managing director of ESL were present at the programme.
The objective of the CoE is to move on from the conventional box-pushing business and providing a central source of standardised products and services with expertise and best practices.
At the CoE, customers would experience a build-to-order briefing based upon their own IT environment. A tailored approach to customer briefings allows Dell to deliver executive- to-executive and peer-to-peer conversations.
"Customers could ask for PoCs (proof of concept) for new application and storage solution before taking a final decision", said Mir Saadat Ali.
