Three houses gutted
At least three houses were gutted in a fire at Kalagachhila village under Sadar upazila of the district on Sunday night. Locals said the fire originated from a kitchen at around 9:00pm and soon engulfed the adjacent two houses. On information, fire fighters from Madaripur district headquarters rushed to the spot and extinguished the fire.
