HSC examinee attacked
An HSC examinee was injured as a gang of criminals attacked him while going home after examination yesterday.
Victim Mosharaf Hossain,18, is son of Saidur Rahman of Char Dulai village in Sujanagar upazila. He is the student of Char Dulai College and appeared in examination from Sujanagar centre.
Police and locals said the criminals attacked Mosharaf at about 2:00 pm when he reached Sujanagar Bazaar.
Beaten up mercilessly, he was rescued and taken to hospital by locals in acritical condition.
Contacted officer-in-charge of Sujanagar police Station ABM Jahid Hossain could not tell the exact reason behind the attack.
