Samsung in search for superstar
Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd, a leading mobile phone manufacturer has launched 'The Samsung Superstar' contest along with its latest Samsung Beat Disco M2513 mobile phone in the local market, says a press release. As part of the campaign, auditions for the singing contest to find out the first 'Samsung Superstar' has stared from September 9 and will end today. The auditions are taking place at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC) from 10:00am onwards. 10 finalists will be selected from the auditions to perform in the final Superstar contest and one will be chosen as the Samsung Superstar from the 10 finalists. Each of the ten finalists will get a Samsung Beat Disco Phone, while the grand winner will walk away with Taka 1,00,000 and a Samsung Beat DJ Touch Screen Phone. The grand winner will also have the opportunity to be on billboards and posters for Samsung's nationwide marketing campaign for the Beat Disco M2513 mobile phone.
