Sunblock shield from harmful rays
The sun regulates sleep cycles, stimulates the body's production of vitamin D, and enhances feelings of well-being.
A little bit of sunlight is good because it helps generate vitamin D, which is good for the bones and teeth, but like everything else in life, too much of it is detrimental.
UV rays, which the sun gives off, burn the skin. This damage to the skin is caused by the absorption of energy from UV rays. Extra blood flows to the damaged skin in an attempt to repair it.
Sun protection is crucial not just to prevent sunburns, tanning, pigmentation and premature ageing but also, to ward off skin cancer. Combining several ingredients, sunscreen are products that help prevent skin problems associated with wrinkling, sagging, etc. However, it is important to note that sunscreens vary in their ability.
The most obvious method for sun protection is to use a sunscreen or sun block; many such products these days are broad spectrum ones, meaning they protect against both UVB and UVA rays.
UVB touches the surface of the skin and can cause sunburn and tanning while UVA rays go much deeper and are responsible for skin ageing and the formation of wrinkles.
A sunscreen is a pharmaceutical product designed to protect the skin from the sun's harmful ultraviolet radiation (UVR), which protects the skin from UVB and UVA.
Whether we are indoors or outdoors, whether it's sunny or cloudy, we are constantly being exposed to UV rays. To deliver high level protection, sunscreen products must have sufficient qualities to protect our skin. They should contain organic sunscreen molecules that absorb UV and inorganic pigments that absorb, scatter and reflect UV.
Most of the sunscreen or sun blocks available these days are waterproof. Sunscreen lotions are extremely safe and effective. Sunscreen helps shield important proteins like collagen and keratin, which keeps the skin smooth and firm. Some daily moisturisers now include zinc oxide or titanium dioxide as these ingredients are well known to help stop or even reverse some signs of aging.
Therefore, we can say sunscreen is the best anti-ageing cream. Use sunscreen and keep your skin smooth, firm, healthy and perfect and enjoy your day.
