Waste bins for a clean Dhaka

The mayor of the Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) Sayeed Khokon has taken an initiative to set up 15,000 waste bins in the city within the year. It is indeed a very commendable step to make and keep Dhaka clean. The workers of DSCC have already set up many bins, and people are already using them. We hope the mayor will continue his effort to give people a clean Dhaka.

But there is one thing that bothers me; many waste bins have been set up in places which are not easily visible due to stranded buses and trucks, slums, makeshift shops, etc. The waste bins should be set up in places which are easily accessible and visible.
