Useless flyovers

The flyover at Bahaddarhat remains useless as a few vehicles pass through it. Another flyover is now under construction connecting Muradpur and Lalkhan Bazar. Its construction materials occupy a large portion of the road and there is only a narrow alley left for vehicle movements. It puts huge pressure on the overall traffic situation in the city area. The Asia highway remains clogged from dawn to dusk. I wonder why we are spending so much on these flyovers.
