Traffic jam

Almost everyday in all dailies, reports and photographs on traffic accidents and traffic jams are regular features. Terrible accidents happen not only in Dhaka city, but also in many districts and Upazila towns.

In the capital, drivers tend to drive on the wrong side of the road. Unfortunately, most of the traffic offenders are VIPs. Who knows, the government may end up providing helicopters instead of cars to all the VIPs to solve this problem! Maybe then the traffic mess will decrease to some extent.
