Start a dialogue immediately

How could PM Sheikh Hasina outrightly reject the initiative of a dialogue by saying that talks with Khaleda would mean encouraging militancy? The present unrest is political but the government is trying to show it as terrorism.

Sheikh Hasina took charge of the country as the Prime Minister, so the welfare of the people rests on her; she just cannot ignore it. She cannot shrug off the dialogue initiative because it is the demand of not only the twenty- party alliance, it is also the demand of the people of Bangladesh.
