Inclusion of Jubair Hossain in the team

Leg spinners play an important role in cricket. Almost every batsman faces difficulty tackling the deceptive bounce and turn of a googly. We have a leg spinner named Jubair Hossain but unfortunately he is not being included in team as coaches say that he gives away too many runs. I think the coaches should train him to improve his deliveries so that he can be an excellent leg spinner capable of bagging crucial wickets.
