Community clinic needed

The catchment area of the community clinic at Jangalia under Rajapur, Feni comprises the villages Jangalia, Sumaspur, Bat Shree, Mehdipur, Abdul Nobi and Jadabpur with a total population of 25 thousand. Jangalia and Sumaspur are two adjacent villages with 11,000 people. The people of these two villages get primary health care from Jangalia Community Clinic. The other four villages with 14,000 people are deprived of the service. Mehdipur is located almost in the middle of the villages and is well connected by road. If a community clinic is established at Mehdipur, the people of all these four villages would be able to get health care at ease and the government's mission to reach primary health care at the door steps of rural community will be achieved.
