Iran is right in asking for an apology from Saudi Arabia, since so many precious lives of Iranian citizens have been lost in the Hajj incident. However, Saudi Arabia, instead of saying sorry, has begun to blame Iran for this mishap. They should apologise not only to Iran, but to all Muslim countries and the families of the martyrs, and the injured, due to poor management. It should also compensate the victims and their families because it all happened because of the authorities' mismanagement.

Asif Mehdi Tonoy
Iran is now mixing politics with it.

Sheikh Zaman Saudia
Saudi should apologise to the families of victims for having failed to protect their lives of their loved ones, as was its duty as the host nation.

Nurul Alam Anik
Mecca and Medina should be an independent state just like the Vatican.
