“When did private tuition become a crime?”
(April 8, 2016)

Kausar Parveen
If the authorities can ensure proper education to the students at the educational institutions, school lessons should be enough to take them forward. However, when the lessons at schools does not seem to be enough to properly assist students in exams, how can the authorities take such a thoughtless decision suddenly?

Suhel Ahmed
This initiative is appropriate, as the teachers are busier providing private tuition than offering quality teaching at schools.

Nasief Shadman
This unethical practice helps some morally corrupt teachers to earn huge amounts of money, while their primary duty is to provide adequate guidance to the students at their respective academic institution.

Nujhat Jahan Khan
The rule should be that a teacher should not be allowed to tutor a student of their school at home. That will end the problem.

Mahbub Alam
Hearing the same story since the last few years, but nothing significant has happened till date. This is nothing but "old wine in a new bottle".
