Chaotic Dhaka

Two days ago, I watched two very worrying news in the TV. These are as follows:

a. Dhaka is the second least liveable city in the world after Damascus,

b. There are too many people living in the city and all systems have been exhausted to prevent traffic jams, which means no usable system in the world would be able to prevent this severe and unbearable traffic jam in Dhaka.

So what is the future of this city and its inhabitants?
