Jashore-4 MP Ranajit tests Covid-19 positive

Ranajit Kumar Roy, lawmaker from Jashore-4 constituency, has tested Covid-19 positive.

Jashore Civil Surgeon Dr Sheikh Abu Shahin said Ranajit's sample was collected on Monday and tested coronavirus positive last night. 
Ranajit's son Rajib Roy said his father was admitted at CMH in Jashore Cantonment early today. 
MP Ranajit, also president of Bagharpara upazila unit of Awami League, has been suffering from fever for the last few days, our Benapole correspondent reports quoting the civil surgeon.
