3 more die of dengue as 251 fresh cases reported in 24 hours

At least three dengue patients died and 251 others were hospitalised across Bangladesh in the 24 hours until this morning.

Of the three deaths, one was reported each in Barishal Division and Khulna Division, while the other was reported in Dhaka North City Corporation, according to data from the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

With the latest fatalities and infections, the country's total dengue death toll has risen to 22, while the total number of reported cases has reached 7,557.

Currently, 660 dengue patients are receiving treatment at hospitals across the country.
