RMCH’s Covid unit sees highest daily death toll of 25

Twenty-five people died at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital's (RMCH) Covid unit in 24 hours till this morning.

This is the highest number of deaths recorded in 24 hours so far at RMCH.

Of the deceased, nine were Covid-19 positive while the rest died with symptoms, our Rajshahi staff correspondent reports quoting sources at RMCH.

Three among the nine who died of coronavirus were from Rajshahi, three others from Chapinawabganj, two from Natore and one from Chuadanga.  

Among those who died with symptoms, nine were residents of Rajshahi, two of Chapainawabganj, three of Natore and two of Naogaon.
