Children aged 12-17 don’t need any document for Covid vaccine

Any child, aged between 12 and 17, will get Covid-19 vaccine without any document from now on, Health Minister Zahid Maleque said today.

At an event at Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital, he made the announcement.

He opened 120 dialysis beds at Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital, Mugda Medical College and Hospital, Sir Salimullah Medical College, and Kurmitola General Hospital during the programme.

He also inaugurated an oxygen generator plant at Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital, capable of producing 532 litres of medical oxygen per minute.
