The arrestee was identified as Raju Ahmed Amit (19), from Barguna.
The officials also recovered stamps worth around Tk two crore, stamp-making devices and chemicals from a factory at Narayanganj's Siddhirganj area, says a press release.
The gang members used to operate the racket in guise of running three shops -- Care Printing Press, Care Stationary and Care Electronics -- at Hazi Monor Uddin Super Market there, it added.
