CNG refueling stations to remain closed from 6pm to 9pm

The daily closing period for CNG refuelling stations has been reduced by two hours from the first day of 2025.

According to a press release of the Bangladesh Oil, Gas and Minerals Corporation, Petrobangla, the CNG (compressed natural gas) refuelling stations' closing hours have been set for three hours from 6:00pm to 9:00pm everyday instead of five hours-from 6:00pm to 11:00pm-during the peak hours of power generation.

This decision will be effective from January 1, 2025, said Petrobangla.
