Taylor Swift dominates iHeartRadio Music Awards 2026 with seven wins
Global pop star Taylor Swift emerged as the biggest winner at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards, taking home seven trophies and extending her record as the most awarded artist in the event’s history.
Swift won seven out of nine nominated categories, including artiste of the year, album of the year and best lyrics, bringing her total iHeartRadio Music Awards tally to 41. She first accepted the award for best pop album for “The Life of a Showgirl”, crediting her personal happiness and support system for shaping the project.
In her speech, Swift reflected on creativity in the digital age, encouraging aspiring artists to nurture their passions privately and allow themselves time to grow without the pressure of constant online feedback.
The ceremony, hosted by Ludacris, featured performances by artistes including Lainey Wilson and Alex Warren, who also received the breakthrough artiste award.
Singer Miley Cyrus was honoured with the iHeartRadio Innovator Award, reflecting on her career journey and the lasting influence of her early persona Hannah Montana.
Meanwhile, veteran musician John Mellencamp received the Icon Award and performed some of his classic hits during the ceremony.
The night also featured performances by Raye, Kehlani and legendary groups TLC, Salt-N-Pepa and En Vogue.
With another record-breaking night, Swift continues to solidify her dominance in global pop music and award show history.
