Bappa, Konal to perform at charity concert for underprivileged children
Music artistes Bappa Mazumder and Shomnur Monir Konal are set to perform at this year's "Utsho Sandhya", a charity concert organised to support underprivileged children.
Utsho, an organisation working for the welfare of disadvantaged children, currently supports over 500 kids with education, shelter and overall development. The proceeds from its annual musical event are used entirely for these children.
This year's concert will be held on Friday (November 21) evening at the Shaheed Abu Sayeed International Convention Centre in Dhaka. Tickets are available on Tickify, ranging from Tk 700 to Tk 4,000 depending on category.
Inviting her followers, singer Konal wrote on Facebook, "If you wish to be a source of support for an underprivileged child, to contribute to a brighter future while enjoying familiar tunes, come join this charity event. Let's build tomorrow's future to the rhythm of music."
According to the organisers, the programme will begin at 6:30pm and continue until 9:30pm.
