In the middle of the ongoing enthusiasm around Shah Rukh Khan starrer "Jawan", filmmaker Delwar Jahan Jhantu declared an open war against the Hindi film by releasing his own film. 

Director Kaushik Ganguly has unveiled the trailer for his upcoming film "Palaan", a tribute on the legendary filmmaker Mrinal Sen's birth centenary.  "Palaan" not only pays homage to Mrinal Sen but also serves as Ganguly's interpretation of Sen's iconic film "Kharij".
