Zayed Khan to play Canadian police officer in ‘Violence’
Has Zayed Khan joined the Canadian police? A photograph circulating online may suggest so. However, upon further inquiry, it was learnt that the actor will be portraying a Canadian police officer in “Violence”, a Bangla film being made in Canada. Actress Shirin Shila will star opposite him.
Filming for “Violence” is currently underway in Canada, with shooting taking place continuously. Zayed Khan has joined the shoot from the United States.
This marks the first time a Bangladeshi male lead actor will portray a Canadian police officer in a film. The action-oriented film is directed by Kamal Hossain Babor and produced by engineer Hafizur Rahman Liton and Sabrina Chowdhury.
The film’s shooting is expected to be completed following a continuous schedule in Canada.
