Nusraat Faria to headline Mehedi Hassan Hridoy’s upcoming web-film

Following the success of “Borbaad”, director Mehedi Hassan Hridoy is now set to venture into the world of web films. The project has been tentatively titled “Tutuler Taka”, although sources close to the production say the title may change before its release.

According to director Mehedi Hassan and production house iScreen, actress Nusraat Faria has signed on to play the central character in the web film. She will portray a popular film actress.

Actor Shahriar Nazim Joy has also been confirmed for another key role in the project. According to sources, he will play a police officer.

Meanwhile, either Mosharraf Karim or Chanchal Chowdhury is expected to portray a businessman. The story will revolve around a three-way conflict involving the businessman, the actress, and the police officer.

Sources close to the production said discussions are ongoing with both Mosharraf Karim and Chanchal Chowdhury. However, neither the director nor the production house is willing to make an official announcement at this stage.

Director Mehedi Hassan plans to complete filming within a 10-day schedule.

Nusraat Faria was last seen in the film “Jinn 3”.
