Former model and actor Adil Hossain Noble has once again expressed his deep love for football and his hopes for the future of the sport in Bangladesh during the ongoing FIFA World Cup.

Noble's passion for football is well known among his fans. Over the years, he has travelled abroad to watch World Cup matches live from the stadium, and this year was no exception. While attending a knockout-stage match in the United States, he shared an emotional message reflecting on his dream of seeing Bangladesh compete on football's biggest stage.

Late Tuesday night, at around 3am Bangladesh time, France and Sweden faced off in a World Cup knockout match in New Jersey. Noble watched the game from the stadium alongside his wife and friends.

After the match, he took to Facebook to share his thoughts.

“While the whole country is busy with Argentina and Brazil, and the world is occupied with counting the goals of Messi and Mbappé, only one flag is flying in my heart—Bangladesh. Because my dream is that one day it will fly on the World Cup stage,” he wrote.

The statement reflects Noble's deep hopes and expectations for football in Bangladesh. At a time when World Cup fever often divides fans among the world's football powerhouses, he is looking beyond the tournament's biggest stars and envisioning a future in which Bangladesh earns its place among football's elite nations.

Amid widespread discussions surrounding Messi, Mbappé and other global football icons, Noble offered a different perspective. His focus remained firmly on Bangladesh and the possibility of one day seeing the country's flag represented at the sport's most prestigious event.
