Youth commits 'suicide'

A youth allegedly committed suicide following a family feud at Purba Bhadrakole village in Ullapara upazila of the district on Friday morning.  The deceased is Maruf Hossain, 25, son of Haji Sakhawat Hossain of the area. Sub-Inspector of Ullapara Police Station Golzar Hossain said Maruf fell in love with Mariam of the village and married her last month. After the marriage, the couple often locked in an altercation over family matters. Maruf took pesticide around 10:00am following a dispute.  Later, he died on way to a hospital.
